Information Frontier Collects:
Registration for the service
When you register with Frontier for software service, you are required to provide the correct information which includes your first and last name, email id, along with the username and password for the service account. This information is used to create an account for the Software Service you want to use. The email id is used to send informational mails to you.

Payment for the service
While making payment for the Software Service or a software product you are asked for your contact information and financial information as well. The transactions are done through the secured payment gateway. This information is collected for billing purpose.

Contacting for Feedback
Frontier occasionally contacts you to get your feedback on the service and products, it is offering. This is done basically to understand your views on our Software Service/ products. This information is for Frontiers internal use and is used for improving the service and products.

Collecting data related to usage
Frontier Software Service automatically gathers certain usage information such as the numbers and frequency of visitors and their IP addresses. This data is used for statistical purposes only.

Personal Identifiable Information

The Personally identifiable information like testimonials or views or feedbacks submitted to Frontier about Software Service or Products can be read or stored or used by other Users. Frontier will be in no way responsible for the information you choose to submit to us.

Frontier uses your personal information primarily for the following purposes

·        To inform your login information, Account status, notices/warnings, offers related to our Software Service/products/upgrades

·        To deliver software/Service you request or purchase

·        To enhance the user experience for our Service. We use tracking information to determine how well each page performs overall based on aggregate user demographics and traffic patterns to those pages. This helps us continue to build a better service for you

Frontier is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that the use of the Software Service and site is safe and secure. Frontier shall not sell, rent, share or disclose your personal information to any third party. We shall take all appropriate steps to protect your personal information including the files that you upload for processing from unauthorized access or disclosure.

However, we do not warrant that your personal information including the files you upload is completely safe from hackers and other security threats. 

Please be advised, however, that although we have endeavored to create a secure and reliable Software Service, the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to or from us via e-mail or this Software Service cannot be guaranteed. Accordingly, we are not responsible for the security of information transmitted via the Internet.

Control and Security of Your Password

You are responsible for security and all actions taken with your Coordinator ID and password, including Files signed, fees charged to your account, and all actions taken with your account. Therefore we advise you to keep your Frontier Software Service (E-Lock instaSign 2.0) password private and do not disclose it to any third parties. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, we advise you to immediately change your password

Links to third party sites

The Service may contain links to third party websites. However, Frontier does not control or take any responsibility for the information collected by other sites, including any affiliated or co-branded websites which link to the Service or advertise on the Service.

Upload policy
When you upload the PDF files to Frontier Software Service for processing, you represent and warrant that (i) you have the permission and rights for uploading the PDF files to the Frontier Software Service. (ii) Files that you are uploading are your original work and is exclusively owned by you/ your organization and (iii) you agree to defend, hold harmless and indemnify Frontier, and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, divisions, and advertising and promotion agencies and their respective assignees, employees, officers, directors and agents against any and all claims, including claims of alleged or actual infringement of any intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, rights of privacy and publicity, moral rights and rights of attribution raised by third parties against Frontier in connection with the Uploaded Files.

Unsubscribe Option 

If you do not want to receive informational emails / updates from us, you can simply inform us by entering "Remove" in the subject line, upon receipt of such an email from us. We will process your request accordingly. Please note that these emails are different from the mails that are related to the status of your account (e.g., related to account expiry or account cleanup on expiry). You will continue to receive status emails as long as you have an account on instaSign.

NOTE: We make best effort to honor your request as promptly as possible, but in some circumstances you may receive a few more messages until the unsubscribe process is completed. 

Sharing Personal Information 

If Frontier is merged with, or is acquired by, another entity, then such entity may become the successor to our obligations with respect to personal information that you have provided us. 

Frontier may divulge your personal information in cases where required by law, litigation or regulation. We may also undertake such disclosures in cases of national security or law enforcement 

Notice

Frontier may amend the privacy policy any time in its sole discretion. Any amendment to our privacy policy will be reflected on our site.  If we are going to be using the information collected from users in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection, we will send affected users written notice of the change by e-mail provided to us while registering for the Software Service.
